I am a dedicated neurodivergent clinician who is deeply passionate about the mixing of mind-body connection, trauma recovery, and human resilience. A 15-minute FREE secure phone or video conversation to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, explore your clinical goals, and ensure we are a therapeutic match. This is a required first step for all direct website inquiries before scheduling a full intake session. Fee: $0 (Free)
Individual Telehealth Psychotherapy (Adults & Adolescents 12yo+)
A structured, 50-minute clinical session tailored to your unique goals. Utilizing a blend of neurobiology, traumainformed care, EMDR techniques, CBT, DBT, ACT, we will actively work to address why you came to therapy. Sessions are conducted 100% virtually via a secured, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You can book a private pay session below. Fee: $175 per session (Sliding scale available)
Insured Clients & Headway Booking
If you are utilizing commercial health insurance and want to match your benefits to my practice, your scheduling is fully managed through Headway. Click on the button to take you to Headway and verify your coverage instantly and book your consultation and initial appointment directly through the Headway portal. It is free for people to sign up. Extended Single-Session Processing (90 minutes)
For existing clients or individuals seeking targeted, deep-dive trauma processing and who are participating in private pay.
Extended sessions provide the necessary time to utilize advance EMDR techniques and distress tolerance tools without the interruption of a standard 50-minute clock, allowing for accelerated relief and integration.
Fee: $200 per session
